Less repetitive work.
More control
over your business.

Your team should not have to copy the same data, chase the same updates, or review everything by hand. ZenOut Labs helps you choose and build the right AI-assisted workflow—with people in control of the decisions that matter.

II · Understand

Understand how
the work moves.

Every repeated task has a beginning, a handoff, and a person waiting on the other side. We start by seeing the whole picture.

III · Structure

Give it a
clear structure.

A useful system begins with a clear plan. What comes in. Where it goes. Who makes the next decision.

IV · Connect

Let each request
find its path.

Connect the routine steps. Route the exceptions to the right person. Build around the tools your team already knows.

V · Human review

Keep people
in control.

Let the system prepare.
Let a person decide.

VI · Clarity

Make the
result clear.

See what happened, what needs attention, and who acts next. Useful information, in a place your team can actually use.

VII · Put it to work

Your next
chapter.

Start with one useful change.
Build from there.

Start with the work.
Choose the right tool.

Practical AI implementation consulting for a specific business problem. We identify the useful opportunity, define its limits, and build a system your team can operate.

01

Find the useful
opportunity.

Separate tasks worth automating from decisions that need a person. Get a clear recommendation before investing in a build.

02

Connect the handoff.

Move information between existing tools, assign the next step, and keep failures and exceptions visible.

03

Put the decision
in one place.

Build focused review queues, approval tools, and operations views around the way your team works.

One-time consulting

A clear decision.
A plan you can use.

Choose the depth you need: answer one question, diagnose one workflow, or define a build you can move forward with.

Every engagement has a fixed scope and a written takeaway. Choose a session below, confirm the fit, then arrange payment and your session time.

Focus Session

$500one time · USD

Make the next decision with a clear recommendation.

Choose a tool, decide where AI fits, or work through whether a specific idea is worth building.

  • 60-minute working session
  • One clearly defined question
  • A short written action note

Your takeaway: a recommended direction, the reasons behind it, and an immediate next action.

Workflow Diagnostic

$750one time · USD

Find the bottleneck. Choose the right fix.

Untangle a process slowed down by repeated data entry, missing context, or handoffs that keep getting stuck.

  • 75-minute working session
  • One workflow across up to two tools
  • Workflow map and a 3–5 page findings brief
  • 20-minute handoff conversation

Your takeaway: a mapped workflow, its main bottlenecks, and prioritized recommendations.

Implementation Blueprint

$1,000one time · USD

Give the build a clear finish line.

Turn a workflow into a plan you can brief to a builder, compare quotes against, and use to check the delivered result.

  • 90-minute working session
  • One workflow across up to two tools
  • Workflow map and a 3–5 page planning brief
  • Acceptance criteria and a phased implementation plan
  • 20-minute handoff conversation

Your takeaway: a phased plan with defined inputs, outputs, review points, and acceptance criteria.

Prices are one-time USD amounts for the sessions and documents listed. Implementation and software costs are quoted separately. Systems Care & Improvement is available through Care, Improve, or Partner, with weekly, monthly, and annual billing.

An architectural plan unfolding into an ordered courtyard

From advice to implementation

One clear outcome.
Then the next.

Custom implementation is a separate, scoped engagement. The plan should tell you what success looks like and what the system must never do on its own.

  1. 01

    Define the work.

Agree on the input, the owner, the expected result, and how we will check it.

  2. 02

    Build a focused pilot.

Use representative data and real exceptions. Check the review effort before expanding the workflow.

  3. 03

    Hand over a usable system.

Document operation and recovery. Agree on accounts, access, ownership, and any ongoing support.

A focused application

Seller operations.
Less spreadsheet friction.

For Amazon and other marketplace sellers, supplier files, cost changes, and catalog checks are a practical place to start. ZenOut can help design the review workflow and the tools around it.

This is custom work scoped to your process. It is not a ready-made seller platform or a promise to update your marketplace accounts automatically.

A few things
worth knowing.

Do we need to change all our software?

We begin with the tools your team already uses. The answer might be a connection between them, a small interface, or a simpler process. Replacing software only makes sense when it solves the problem.

Where does AI fit?

Where interpreting a document, drafting a response, or finding information helps a specific task. We define review points and a fallback for uncertain results. Some workflows work better with ordinary automation.

Does a consultation include building the system?

No. The consultation includes its listed sessions and documents. Implementation is quoted separately after the outcome and boundaries are clear. You can take the recommendations to your own team.

Can we keep working together after launch?

Yes. Systems Care & Improvement supports agreed existing workflows, with regular checks, exception triage, and focused improvements within a defined capacity. Choose the support capacity you need, then complete your onboarding brief and book a conversation. The consulting sessions remain one-time purchases.

What does your team keep doing by hand?

Bring the repeated task, the tools you use, and what a better result would look like.
